Love the tourists and the variety of businesses they have to offer,,the sight of the capitol building as you get closer to it,is amazing,there are plenty of ppl but not overly crowded.there are plenty of bus stops along the way, not to much parking areas , so it's more convenient to pay for a parking elsewhere then walk congress ave to soak in all it has to offer,, sometime after capitol grounds are closed and congress ave has slowed down many of locals and tourists alike ride scooters throughout the area and enjoy it's night life offering,,I highly recommend sitting on the park benches at the end of congress ave just before you cross the street to capitol grounds ,that's if your looking for a private and romantic moment, seeing the way the states capitol lights up at night is very beautiful and inspiring, there's always...

We get plagued with people who need mental help, and to get off the streets. They are ruining our city. Our greenbelts are covered in trash from these people and the police do nothing about it.
