This pharmacy did not care and made excuses until I said something. I rearranged my day to show up in time for the pharmacy to open and I sat outside buzzing the door to drive through while a pharmacist walks outside looks at me and takes a break already at 7 am then once I have had enough of sitting and waiting because now I'm going to be super late to work I go inside to the most unprofessional eye roller who obviously does not like the mornings and her job. I informed her while checking out that I was outside waiting in the drive through while people saw me but did not assist me. She then replied well it's early in the morning and we need time to open. In which I replied then don't say your open at 7. She just couldn't care less and I went on to tell the employee who saw me that it would of been nice for him to let someone know I was waiting outside. An apology from him and eye rolls from this place which is why I will be taking my service else where. The sad thing is my doctor is amazing and I did a heart health screening with lots of lab work to just check and make sure I'm healthy and my insurance has paid along with me every bit of this about 20,000 dollars then to be treated like they could care less is just very bad customer service. I will not be taking my child here or...
Read moreInsanely disappointed. I’ve loved this place but received a prescription with no medication. I placed this order ahead of time for a trip. I’ve always found it weird that when they text you saying your prescription is ready you can’t actually see the prescription when you look at the link, you’ll see “compound medication” but not the amount prescribed or what it actually is. Sketchy but I let it go. When I picked it up I noticed the medication was in the plastic packaging (picture attached) which is different than the typical white paper packaging with my info on it. But I didn’t think much of it, it was early in the morning and I thought the larger order may just require different packaging. When I get on my trip I go to use the medication only to find syringes and disinfectant wipes but no medication. When calling the pharmacy they said it’s impossible for that to happen and are only able to offer a $150 refund on the $400 charge. Incredibly disappointed, I’ve been going here for 6+ months. This will be the last time. This is insanely dangerous for those who need their medication, I’m looking in to reporting to the Texas State Board of Pharmacy since the pharmacy team seems to have no interest in finding out how a mistake like...
Read moreThis pharmacy has no concern to fill prescriptions and that should be the one thing they do, easily. I saw my doctor early October. Unfortunately my prescription can only be filled here. I call them a couple of weeks later having not heard anything from them. Pharmacist says they did not fill as they had not received payment. Which is new for me but based on the prescription, sure, I guess. There was not communication around this at all btw and the tech said they had a new system and if I don’t hear from them within 3-4 days it best that I call to follow up…Ok. I call today, to check in on the status and they find that it had been filled on 10/29. I asked, is there a way to look if I was notified? The tech says that because of their new system, it’s possible I wasn’t, but next time I’m supposed to hear from them and don’t after 3-4 days, to make sure I call. What is this? And it’s been about a month and this pharmacy doesn’t have a plan in place to follow up with its patients needing prescriptions? Ridiculous but to be expected I guess these days. Will be talking to my doctor and finding a...
