We were met with intelligence, professionalism, immediate attention, compassion and care from the initial query telephone call and then all throughout my acute health care visit through to pharmacy care and completion. Reassured immediately from the Victory care and already feeling much better after only 10 hrs. Cannot say enough compliments about the complete experience. No one dropped the ball. Consistency is a big demand from my husband and myself regarding medical training, experience and knowledge. Next is sincerity and kindness. At least six women staff interacted with us flawlessly. I have 2 jobs and many responsibilities. Sure others will relate to "not having time to be sick." Especially coming down with something unusual and unexpected. We just moved to Austin, TX, so need to setup doctors for each speciality and that takes time. For urgent needs of treatment we went to Victory Medical-we were in right hand- the care was taken by Aleksandra Zylka, NP and in next visit by Patricia Rodriguez, NP-no one was looking at clock that I have seen in other clinics and hospitals-they spent good amounts of time. Both NP were very dedicated-analyzed the cause in detailed study covering all means to diagnose the pain. To get the CT scan done Patricia took additional steps to call to the imaging centers to get the test done ASAP- while doing this she was very much swamped examining other patients also. I very much appreciate for this help. Further, she is knowledgeable and without hesitation she spent her time to respond my questions. Other assisting staff were helpful too. One more reason- this facility has lab on 2nd floor. This is small facility but services you get is not anyway lesser than you get from doctors with MD degrees and big hospitals. I had a Heartwise Physical here and am so impressed with how my insurance not only covered it, but I had nearly an hour worth of testing and learned so much about my state of health. Some of the things I was tested for were thyroid ultrasound, lab work, heart health with an ecg and ultrasound of major artery, mini-stress test, BMI, pulse oximetry, spirometry, etc. I ended up finding out that I had a small thyroid nodule and will continue to follow up with Vladimir to monitor it.
