Alpine Bank — Local services in Avon

Alpine bank saids that they will keep your account secure you money safe from fraud and etc, but wen it comes to fraud they put the blame on you and they just want you to pay the damages, and trying to get of hold of someone is hard and wen someone finally give you a call they don’t even know why there giving you a call. I honestly do not recommend this bank now in times, I use to be with them for years and felt my account was secure but they sure have change and customer service have became the worst.

Do not bank with them. I should have known from the beginning because I had a problem trying to cash a cashier’s check. They were going to put a 30 day hold and I was waiting to buy a car. A cashier’s check was verified by chase bank and is basically like cash. I then opted into e statements and they continued to charge me a paper fee. I called to get it taken care of and the bank rep said he would resolve it. He did not take care of it and they closed my account without warning. I then had to wait 30 minutes and they refused to give me back my original balance. They said I would have to open a new account first....

I am a long-time Alpine Bank customer who has decided to take my money elsewhere. After 3 trips to the bank in search of what I needed to open certain accounts, I had the same teller give me the run around. She was not authorized or knowledgeable about the subject, but chose to give out wrong information. I asked to make an appointment with a manager, since none were available, she refused. I came back a 3rd time to find out I was still missing what I needed. Thanks for wasting my time,...
