Things with ultimate started off really good until things got bad, I was assigned an assignment with UMSJMC sleep & pulmonary clinic. The days were good until i started being âbulliedâ by a employee tht has worked at the sight for years, while still within my first month of employment problems with the co worker started, i proceeded to take the situation to my agency recruiter Carly Burns , while she expressed things would be handled properly they were not, iv had 4 different incidents that has happen and I have been nothing less than very professional & respectful to everyone even the person bullying me even when i felt disrespected, while the last incident occurred 6/12 i spoke to the job manager on site who assured me that it would be handled. The next day 6/13 i walk into work like Normal day n get off & home just to get a phone from Carly saying i was being terminated, she was not remorseful towards the situation, and did not even offer to even find a replacement due to the fact i have asked her MULTIPLE times to remove me from the site due to this situation & because of how good of a worker SHE ALWAYS Expressed to me, iv never been late Iv never called out Iv never been written up. iv communicated with both the manager on site & my recruiter about everything tht has going happen to me, I felt harassed discriminated against & used because of my age. Carly also blocked my number & acted as if she didnât receive my phone calls when i act real time date & screen shots of me calling her as she directed me too. Overall donât waste your time...
   Read moreThe experience that I had with ultimate was not bad at all. The thing that I was not pleased with is the client they sent me to work for. The position was a call center position that dealt with 3 different credit unions and you had to work with all 3.The pay was great but the company they sent me to work for was unorganized. The training was horrible it was computer based training and after every course there was a quiz at the end there were 3 different trainers the first 2 were awesome but the third trainer did not have any patience at all for us employees that was just learning the systems to deal with the credit unions. They expected you to retain 3 to 4 weeks worth of training squeezed into 4 days which was utterly impossible to do.The position itself was not bad at all. Once you complete the training you are thrown on the phones no side by sides to make sure you have adapted to what you learned or anything. I gave the company 3 stars because itâs not a bad company to work for but the clients they work with need to develop a better...

Also she left a message with the current job I got hired with and told them to have me never contact her again. Also she told them all false statements. Please watch this company. I made sure i recorded the convo. Also Kristine is messy. Example lied to the company I work for and told them I said false things about them and employees they temp at the company. I guess to make me lose my position I'm currently with now. I don't like business like this. Also to top it off she told the company to tell me. That they wouldn't temp or send me out to another job. After I helped them by getting place here at the job I'm with now. So please watch Kristin....
