When we embarked on the planning for our clients wedding, we had no idea we would choose a venue that not only served as the perfect venue for their family and friends but one that put so much care into the execution for our client’s perfect day. We knew it would be a memorable experience for all. Ashley Murphy (Ratliff), Private Events Manager went above and beyond and created a seemingly flawless special celebration for all. Ashley was extremely prompt in responding to calls and/or emails during the planning process. Even little unforeseen issues on the wedding day itself were dealt with swiftly and professionally. All other staff were professional and handled all our requests with care and a smile. The ambiance, the amenities, the delicious food and the beautiful space all contributed to creating a wonderful experience for our guests. Love is in the details, and we are glad that we entrusted The Center Club with the details of this wedding. We highly recommend The Center Club as a wedding venue. Thank you, to the Center Club and their staff, for a...

I came to attend an event on May 8th 2024. The ladies on the front desk would not accept my picture ID on the phone (even though the state of Maryland accepts it). Her supervisor was rude plus. Once I brought my wallet and hard copy ID from the car, both the front desk lady and her supervisor maintained their condescending tone. They wouldn’t make eye contact, wouldn’t answer my questions, wouldn’t give me their names or tell me which elevator to take. I had to go to the 16th floor and the front desk lady brought me to the 15th floor and started complaining about me to another associate.

I’m going to move on from this experience five minutes after writing this review. The purpose of reporting it is so hopefully someone in authority reads this review.

You need to invest in training courtesy and respect to your...

The Center Club is a top-tier establishment to go to. It's an exclusive social club, so membership is required unless you're someone's guest. The food is exceptional from the appetizers to dessert. The bar serves a great selection of drinks. Some are based upon the season. A lot of top self liquors are available. Please get Teremana!!! The atmosphere is inviting and makes you feel welcome. Throughout the year, there are events and clubs for members to attend. They are also in partnership with the CFG Arena. It's very convenient to have a parking garage free to members in the same building. The perks are wonderful. I highly recommend coming to an Open House on a second Tuesday of any month to have a look for yourself. There are other discounts to other locations and...

An absolutely top quality members-only restaurant. From the decor, to the staff, and the food; it’s all 10/10 from me. They were extremely accommodating for me, as I have Celiac and must eat gluten free. Unlike many restaurants, they even provided me with a gluten free bread roll, and a delicious fig and cheese hors d'oeuvre. The service is excellent, as there are many staff members who assist the waiter/waitress with filling water glasses and serving food. The quality of the food was excellent. I ordered the Bibb and Strawberry salad and it was very delicious, with a great dressing. I also ordered the Salmon Entree which was cooked to perfection. Overall, I think this restaurant is fabulous, as it takes the dining experience to the next level.

My organization, Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine held their annual Celebration of Excellence Dinner to celebrate the women professors who were recently promoted to associate. Everything was amazing. We had no issues with parking, unlike last year, due to multiple events being held that evening, everyone loved the food, and the onsite Coordinator Antoine was a great help. I know we had a few guests who didn’t RSVP and weren’t on the official list I gave you, but Antoine was flexible and was able to fit them in. And the view of the harbor was AMAZING!!!!!

This club is one of the best in Baltimore. From the moment you enter the building until the last second in it you will be served with the best customer service, upscale one. Every detail about the decoration is though off. The cocktails and drink selection is amazing. The food is very tasty and the staff is great. You will be treated with respect, care and love. The view os lovely, we had a table with the water view. I will definitely come back to this club in Baltimore. Well recommended. If you are not a member or come with a member you will not admitted
