This area has gone down over the past few years. Kids in the area were out of control, we watched an Asian couple have a drink thrown at them by some black children who thought what they did was hilarious. I have never seen more gang apparel and juveniles wearing ski masks in 80deg weather in my life. Not a police officer in sight nor did we see one the whole time. The inner harbor is a lost cause. We will never, never, be back to...
