Spencer's — Local services in Bangor

I go into Spencer’s almost everyday with a friend because there isn’t a lot to do in Bangor but window shop for fun sometimes, we usually never get any types of issues with any employees!! Except for one, this one lady with blonde hair and always has glasses I think she’s a manager? Well whenever I go in with my friend she ALWAYS follows us and always stares at us the entire time but never says anything, well today she had something to say because when I walked in with two other people she said “hey guys can I help you with anything today?” And my friend goes “no just lookers haha” and she goes “well maybe you should be buyers today” I said “well we got jobs now so we will actually buy stuff now” and she looked at me jaw just dropped wide open, while we where shopping and looking for what we wanted, she went to the rack right next to us and started just moving clothes around pretending she was working and just staring at us the entire time watching us, (I say this because every time I looked over she was looking right at us and would smile when I looked at her) we decided to buy things out of feeling like we where pear pressured even tho we where not 100% sure if what we where interested in getting was there or that we where able to buy it (ex. pipes, you have to be 21 to buy them) I would like to say I do love this store and all the other employees are very nice and always make me feel welcomed...

I bought jewelry from this location may 10th. All my gems have fallen out of my gauges and one out of my septum ring.

The older lady was kind, the orange haired employee was kinda rude in the sense she didn’t even attempt to pretend to know their publicly posted warranty policy.

I’d appreciate it if the manger could contact me as i have jewelry I’d like to replace.

As a manager myself, I’d recommend teaching all employees your warranty policy and procedure so they don’t look silly contradicting the...

Love Spencer's. Used to go there when I was a teenager and still find things to get now. It is alot more young adult geared than it used to be now though. I do feel the "naughty" section should be curtained off and have to be 18 or older to enter. It's my favorite location in the store but dont exactly want my 10 year old seeing it all when we go in to buy...
