Karen's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Bath Township

Uncaring insensitive workers, and the place is a cluttered rats nest of a fire trap. Went in with family member who's in a wheelchair and the place is cluttered, most if not every other Hallmark store I've been it's been clean neat and inviting, Here we couldn't even get past the opening door because of how bad it was.

It's completely non ADA complaint and when we asked about a item the clerks response instead of helping obtain the item was just to walk past all the clutter and go against a far wall and shout out. "It's over here" with no way for my family member to even approach it much less get it from from the shelf.

This place should lose its Hallmark franchise and honestly should be ashamed and embarrassed of how they run and organize...

The ladies in the store extremely rude the general manager told us that she was going to wrap our presence over the phone when we got to the store she refused to wrap our presence and she was acting very racist towards my family we are of Greek origin extremely rude customer service please avoid all Karen's hallmark shops this lady almost spoil our Christmas I would rate zero...

Great place. Great selection. Great Customer Service. Great prices. It is filled to compacity with stuff. But that seems to be the theme of every HM store I've been in. However, there is nothing better than giving a card/gift with that signature gold...
