The far pic on the right was what I asked for and the two pics on the left are what I got. The first pic was after the first time she toned it. I told her I didn’t like it because it looked brassy. She argued that this was the color I asked and I wanted to go that light. I said I didn’t mind the color but it looked brassy and orange. She said she would fix it but gave me ATTITUDE. The middle pic is the final pic which still wasn’t what I wanted. The color looks like bronze and not light brown. At the end of it she was said “I hope you like it because I have to go and attend my other client” and basically kicked me out of my seat. I work with many clients and I will do a lot to make sure they are satisfied but I didn’t feel prioritized nor taken care of. She didn’t even style my hair at the end and left me walking with wet hair outside in the cold/snow and my hair froze walking to my car.
If you can’t do a hair highlight, just say it from the beginning rather than wasting both of our times. Not only was it a terrible job done but also terrible service. Everyone else at the salon was friendly besides her.
If you have dark hair and want to go light, do not come here unless you’re trying to look like Donald trump or a Cheeto. Her name is Lorane.

Read moreI was very happy at first when I found this salon but in the light of recent events I don’t want to return there or recommend it to my girlfriends. I had a few very important events lined up around Christmas time so in September I scheduled my appointment for the 11th of December. On the day of,I got a vague text message from my stylist stating that “ We MIGHT need to reschedule”. She didn’t return any of my messages and because of the lack of communication I called the salon. They were very apologetic and helped me reschedule for the following Saturday with a different stylist. The day of the appointment I came in on time and they asked me to wait. 20 minutes past the arranged time they let me know that my stylist was running late but she could be there in 20-25 minutes and asked if it was ok with me to wait. Such things happen so I agreed to wait. Another 15 min passed and someone else came up to me and said that my stylist would not have enough time to do what I wanted to have done and that nobody else had time for me either. Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment. A bad hair day is not worth my life! I wonder if there was any quarantining that took place with the other salon employees or customers as a result of her having Covid-19? Also, people who have had Covid-19 can still spread the virus to others and DO NEED TO BE VACCINATED if they are going to be working with the public. Even worse, after a person has had Covid-19, chances are a second case would be very mild and they wouldn't even know they had it and could spread the virus to others.
