I agree with a previous review about it having the worst customer service ever!!!! I went into this store today to return a pair of shorts that I had purchased earlier this morning at the factoria location. At first I Was happy to see there was a Target near my work and thought that would make it much easier to do my return than having to drive back over to factoria.. unfortunately I was disappointed when customer service guy tells me he can't take my return for 24 hours because he said I made the purchase at a different store so Apparently it's not in his system yet ... ?!? Even though I had the receipt and all he had to do was enter the number into his system same as I've seen sales people do time and time again for years.. I've never had anyone tell me I have to wait 24 hours for it to show up in the system... yet he still said he couldn't do it... So I purchased a few things knowing I'd have to try them on at home since the dressing rooms are still closed and then this evening I went back over to factoria to make my returns. It was interesting how even though I purchased items at a different store they had no problem taking the returns and entering the numbers manually because hello of course they weren't in the system yet.. though still they knew how to do a return and didn't give me some BS excuse about it needing to wait 24 hours thus making me drive across town to do a return at a different store... In the end I found this store to be small , the selection of items to be weak and the customer service to be lacking if not completely lazy and clueless... so yeah to save time and trouble I'll just be returning back over to factoria from now on for a guaranteed good customer...
Read moreI've purchased from this store four times, and not only is the service bad, but it's consistently bad.
Every time I order something from the app, some items are always missing. Some of the shortages are consistently present, like headphones, which they never seem to have in stock. Other out-of-stock items are more baffling, like pork and bread (9 in 20 items were cancelled in that time). What's even more perplexing is that bread has been out of stock four times in a row, yet they still list it as 'in stock' on the app. I can't comprehend how they have the confidence to do this.
Even worse, they employ the worst delivery personnel I have ever encountered. I requested that they call me so that I could come downstairs to collect the package, but the delivery person left the package in the wrong location and then called to tell me it was "downstairs". Then she left directly before I could even get downstairs. She was in such a hurry to do "great business" that she couldn't be bothered to figure out where the customer's address was, even though it would only take 10 seconds to find it using Google Maps. I've never encountered such a confident delivery...
Read moreEverything is locked behind doors. I wanted to make a quick stop to pick up some toothpaste and had to stand around for like 10 minutes waiting for someone to come unlock the door. A year ago I could've walked in, gotten the toothpaste, paid for it and walked out. I sincerely hope that Target ends up losing more revenue from potential sales than they ever hoped to save by preventing shrinkage.
Update (4/2024): Wow this place just keeps on getting worse! They even shut down the self-checkout lanes and force everyone to go through the staffed checkout aisles. Not only is this taking much longer, but Target doesn’t even trust their own staff! I tried to buy a bottle of wine but the Target girl had to call over another worker to authorize her to check my ID, which made it an even longer wait. Coming here has become an absolutely horrible experience. No more 5 minute Target stops, it’s now a 25 minute minimum, most of that time spent either waiting for someone to come unlock the cabinet or waiting in the checkout line. This place deserves all the misfortune...
