As a loyal customer who frequents the woods drive through. I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the ongoing food safety issues at this location. Despite multiple attempts to address these concerns with the managers and headquarters, there has been no improvement over the past year.

It's alarming that basic food safety protocols, such as proper hygiene practices among employees, are not being followed. New employees handling lids after touching their face and hair with long nails is unacceptable and poses a significant risk to customer health.

Moreover, the lack of professionalism and customer service is concerning. Being laughed at and ridiculed by staff members when requesting a new lid is not the experience anyone should encounter, especially when it pertains to food safety.

As a customer who spends over $4,000 annually at this location, I expect better standards and accountability. I refuse to continue supporting a business that neglects such crucial aspects of customer safety and satisfaction.

I urge the management of the woods on 116th to take immediate action to rectify these issues and prioritize the well-being of their customers. Additionally, I will be contacting the health department to ensure that necessary measures are taken to address these food safety...

Great coffee and top notch customer service. I always treat myself here almost every Sunday morning. It is a very enjoyable experience. The line can get fairly long Sunday morning (not all the time) but they move fairly quickly for the most part. The times I had to wait long they gave me my items free of charge "for my troubles" and this happened multiple times. Although I would be happy either way because the coffee and food items are delicious. I haven't had anything bad on the menu so far. I always get the sausage and biscuit breakfast sandwich which puts Starbucks to shame and I can honestly say that for the rest of the menu. When you think things can't get any better they do. I am always greeted with a friendly staff member and a friendly smile which just makes the start to my morning that much more pleasant.
