Friday night 20 mins til close 9.4.2020... unfriendly blonde girl manning the shop. Sweeping by the door getting dust on the people while they were right there looking at the sales rack. Almost didn’t go in but the hubs thought we should take a look. Tried to give her a nod and say hi to see what she’d do but was by no surprise met with no words and a curt hello. Almost didn’t buy a plant pot I found but then did and she was just as rude at the register. Even tried to chat again to just be a friendly human and she pretended she didn’t hear me. We get it. You’re closing soon. But customers are customers and customer service is important. Especially now when people are nervous to be out. Just trying to support a local business in one of our favorite towns on our anniversary, sue...

Caution shoppers. Embarrassingly poor customer service in here. I’ve been in a number of times, it never seems to improve. It is commonplace for no one to say hello or greet you. Weird and awkward mean girl vibes, following you around the store staring, yet not asking if they can actually help you. You’re in Bend, relax. Their energy is not spent trying to build their clientele. Hire security if theft is such an issue. I haven’t experienced anything like this where I live in the Bay Area where there are plenty of up-market and luxury boutiques. Gross. Fully the opposite of the usual welcoming and chill Bend energy. Very rude new store. You walk in and the owner eagle eyes you and your party the entire time, as if you're a thief, instead of being helpful or welcoming in any way. She didn't even greet us. Just spent her time lingering and peering inside our handbags. Mind you these are designer handbags, not that that matters but we were not walking around looking like shady individuals. Just gross behavior, I'm guessing they won't be in business long. Beware. Too many cute boutiques in downtown bend to patron this bad...
