It pains me to write this because this store has so much charm and truly showcases some beautifully crafted art pieces. But honestly? I wish I could give zero stars. I have never in my life experienced customer service this appalling. The three ladies working on 2/11/25 at 1:30 PM seemed more interested in belittling customers than actually doing their jobs. If making fun of customers is your way of boosting self-esteem, just know the impact you're making—because I, for one, will never be back. It’s sad the disrespectful atmosphere this sweet little shop has. Do better.

Needed a birthday present for an amazing woman so stopped in here. (were from out of town) and it was exactly what the pictures showed. Got the perfect gift and could've gotten a hundred other items. Staff was super friendly but not pushy and even gift wrapped the items plus took off the price tags when she heard it was a gift. Super awesome little shop with lots of items ! I visit ju-bee-lee every time I go to bend because it's such an amazing shop. I've only been in a few times but the lady who runs the shop always remembers me even though I only visit once a year. The clothes are amazing and the plants are just adorable.
