I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I bought a sweatshirt on sale as a Christmas gift for a friend but had concerns about the size. The salesperson assured me she would make an exception to the "all sales final" policy and allow me to exchange it if needed, even writing this on the receipt. However, when I returned to exchange the sweatshirt for a larger size, the same salesperson refused, claiming the item wasn’t listed in their system. She didn’t even offer a store credit—just a simple "sorry"—despite the clear promise I had been given. Cascade Cottons went back on their word and completely failed to follow through. This had been my go-to store for Bend gifts, but after this experience, I won't be returning and would not recommend...

Store was closed when I was leaving town for flight home. Looked like they had lots of nice looking apparel. So I completed a $350 order online but unable to pay because they don't ship to Canada. Unfortunate because we really liked the merchandise. I emailed asking for alternative options but never received a response back...
