The Bend Store — Local services in Bend

For those looking for a momento to their trip the the Bend area, this is a great place to stop by. It's right in the middle of the action where there are often events like concerts and car shows as well as a variety of other shops to peruse once you've got your souvenirs. My biggest complaint about this place is actually pretty mild. I saw a lot of excellent designs on sweatshirts, in woman's styles. Honestly would've bought it anyways if it was a full length sweatshirt. Most of the male oriented fashions were pretty basic and as a graphic designer I was a little saddened because I couldn't get my favorites (which speaks to the quality of the artwork on the products). The pricing is as you might expect from a souvenir store, moderately pricey if you're a bargain shopper like myself. $45 range for sweaters, which is actually decent for the Bend area, a retirement community with heavy tourist traffic.

Super strict exchange policy even with Christmas time. Bought a gift at beginning of December, the gift doesn’t work, it’s art. Perfect condition. Item still in store. Store wouldn’t give us store credit or let us exchange for something else. How does this hurt their business at all other than not satisfying a frequent customer? If anything, they lost money because I was planning on putting the credit towards a more expensive item and paying for the difference. Disappointed. Not what I expect from locally run store.

Came to Bend from out of town and had a great experience at the bend store! Bought a few items that were incorrect sizing upon trying them on, and the store was very happy to process an in store exchange. Upon leaving the area, we noticed we needed another exchange for one of the other items. I reached out through their website and they were so gracious to help in exchanging the item and getting a label to send it back within a day of contacting them. They are really thoughtful in their customer contact and made it super easy in the exchange process....
