Stereo Planet — Local services in Bend

I contacted Stereo Planet with a request to repair some audio equipment for a brand they don't even carry. Jon got some more details about it and did some research, tried to contact the manufacturer to get replacement parts/info. After a week the manufacturer still hasn't responded. It looks like we're out of luck, by no fault of Stereo Planet. I am impressed by the effort Jon put in to try to help out in my unusual situation and I understand this is not a service they typically offer. I'm going to ship this to a repair shop instead, Stereo Planet gave me a couple recommendations there as well.

Even though they weren't able to do the repair, they were willing to give it a go. If we were able to get the replacement parts I'm sure they would have made it happen. A few other places that I contacted in Bend said no and left me with no other options.

Ran in to see what products they have, was greeted by a very nice mid 20 year old. He was not a salesman but a true audiophile. The atmosphere was very relaxed and they have very high end true audiophile products. If you're the kind of person shopping for a sound bar this isn't a place for you. If you want music, movies and games to sound the way creators wanted you to hear them this is a must on your shopping list. Only downside is they need a bit more home theater products specifically during covid so maybe larger range of bookshelf speakers they will match your towers, more subwoofer options and maybe even some denon and maranz AVR for those that don't wanna get separates today but can upgrade to them in the future. Stereo Planet is the best (10/10). Absolutely top notch work, service, and results. Everyone is extremely professional and consultative. I visited Stereo Planet in early December and by Christmas Eve our install was done, and the results are incredible! Steve developed a proposal that perfectly met our needs. Alex, Eric, and Brett, did an incredible job with the install, explaining everything, and ensuring I was fully set up (signed into all apps, accounts, etc.), and when they left the room was perfectly clean (no trash, vacuumed, etc.). It was like magic. And anytime I call with questions, they're extremely responsive and helpful...
