The employees are here are tactless to the point of being inept.

While shopping one of the uppity employee grab one of our purchases out of hands and insisted that it would be at the register if we wanted to buy it. No asking if they could hold it for us, but physically removed the items from my partner's hands while reminding us we have no obligation to buy it. That only served to remind me I had no interest in any of the other items I was considering buying.

Learn to interact with your customers without treating them like thieves... Not that this place has anything...

I loved this place back when they were in the old mill but now…not so much. Before the employees were friendly but here sadly no. I was followed around the store and watched like a hawk by who I believe was the owner. I noticed I was being watched so I looked up and smiled but was met with a cold stare. It’s sad because I loved this place and have ALWAYS left with items I have happily paid for. I will not be returning and will not suggest this...

My mother wanted something from this boutique and it was on sale. Unfortunately I wasn’t going to have the opportunity to get down there to pick it up. I called and spoke to the owner and she was more than delighted to put the item aside and wait for me to have the chance to come pick it up...3 weeks later. Now that’s customer service.
