UPDATE REVIEW in 08/2020: I have given up complete hope on Gearys since my last experience. However, I visited this boutique again in mid 2018 when my parents were in town and wanted to shop for watches. I met Andia during my visit to the boutique and have stayed in touch since then. Andia is knowledgable, honest and friendly. She treats and take care of me like I am her own family. She also introduced me to her boss, Daniel, who is also very knowledgable and friendly. We talked about a lot of watches and expressed a few watches that my family was interested in. Since then, I have bought a few watches from this boutique and have enjoyed wearing all of them. I'm still waiting for the initial watch that I want but I understand that Patek Philippe doesn't produce a lot of watches. I appreciate the fact that they are honest and are willing to advise and work with me. Thank you for the amazing service Andia, Daniel and Gearys team. I'm so glad I went in that day and met Andia! Please look for her when you visit the boutique. She can help you with both Patek Philippe and Rolex!
Review in 2018: I went down to the store straight after receiving a text that the watch that I want has come in. Upon arriving at the shop, the sale lady told me that the manager sold the watch but the person hasn’t come collect it or pay for it. Before coming to the shop, I asked whether they can hold the watch for me and they said they can’t hold watches. It is on a first come first serve basis. However, the manager was able to hold the watch for another client. This store contradicts with the policy that they say. They also didn't let me know earlier that the manager sold it. Read moreThe worst possible customer service. I went in interested in buying a watch, and I asked what the process is. The man helping was very unhelpful, told me to get a wishlist in order to buy a watch. He told me to give me my name, and I did but then he told me I needed to go on a website and join myself, which was confusing. At a luxury store, the process should be easy, and accommodating. The man assisting was not helpful at all to any questions. The service should be way nicer and staff should be nicer.
