N+P Boutique Lodge — Local services in Big Bear Lake

This boutique lodge is absolutely fantastic. The cabins are all detached so that gave us ultimate privacy while we were in our space. The site felt completely separate from the street, a total oasis when you’re on the property.

Very comfortable for my partner and I along with a friend couple to stay together for a long weekend. Another friend couple with 2 kids got their own cabin next to us and it made for a great weekend.

The design is top notch - literally nothing exists in Big Bear like this. Every detail is thought through and makes the cabins super cozy. If you want to stay at the best of the best in Big Bear, this lodge is truly your only choice.

The pine tree filled community area has BBQs, lawn games, and picnic benches to hang out at. We met some fun people staying at the lodge over the weekend while we were bbq’ing. We stopped renting airbnbs because half the fun of a vacation is meeting new people.

You can literally walk less than 15 minutes to The Village, or a simple 5 minute drive. There’s a new cute boutique food market in The Village where we bought delicious provisions for the weekend. We didn’t have to deal with the grocery stores! There are also other restaurants on the Boulevard that are a 5 minute walk.

Super quick access to Snow Summit to go ski. If you’re a hiker or mountain biker, you can walk/bike/snowshoe 2 blocks up the residential road to get to the national forest trail system. The trails connect to Snow Summit.

There’s a free bus service in town that picks up every half hour and takes you around town and to Bear Mountain. The bus stop is just steps away from the lodge.

Noble & Proper was exactly what we were looking for. The moment we pulled in, I knew we had found a little gem. The property is pristinely kept and charming. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area but still close to town.

When we arrived inside, there was pleasant music playing, the cabin smelled cleaned and nice and the decor was well thought out and hip.

The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were high quality and super soft.

The bathroom was super clean, hiply styled and the shower comes with a nice big shower head that produces a soothing flow of water. The high quality shampoo, conditioner, and soap was another pleasant surprise.

There was a bag of fresh ground coffee provided as well a fresh bag of ice that was great bonus for when we made our gin and tonics.

The day it rained for the most of the day, we chilled out on the couch, fired up the cozy fireplace and binge watched some shows. We had the door open and could smell the wonderful pine scented air. It was heavenly.

The 2 staff members that we had contact with were super kind and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Emily gave us great tips for fun things to do, the best places to eat and was super responsive to all our questions and needs.

I also loved that they provided bikes. We were going to take cruise into on the bikes but opted to take an hour long stroll on the path besides the lake.

I booked a spontaneous 1 night trip to Big Bear and was SO blown away with my stay at Noble and Proper. Before booking I called the office to ask specific questions regarding the property and Emily was super helpful in answering all of my questions. She recommended local activities, restaurants, and gave me information about EV charging nearby in village.

The property is in a fantastic location and is very close to the village. Having access to free bikes was much appreciated as my friend and I enjoyed a fun bike ride around Big Bear lake. The cabin's interior is STUNNING and aesthetically crafted. We stayed in Fran's Flat (as recommend by Emily) and I loved the design. Self check in was so simple! Th cabin included 1 parking adjacent to the cabin (additional guest parking is available), a front patio, two chic bedrooms with luxurious bedding by Parachute, a kitchen (fridge, microwave, tea kettle, French press), living room, two bathrooms, a television, and an electric fireplace.

The entire cabin was so chic and modern which set's this accommodation apart from more traditional cabins in Big Bear. Also the cabin was exceptionally clean! I didn't want to leave!
