I’ve been a longtime client of the royal oak and Birmingham locations (probably since 2012ish? Can’t believe it’s been 12 years!), I get a wax with Caitlyn once ever 6ish weeks. This is by far the most sanitary waxing salon I’ve ever been to and Caitlyn does such an amazing job every time! She’s done full body waxes on me before but my favorite is the Brazilian wax! I’m middle eastern so my hair is thick, dark and ANNOYING! I don’t know what kind of voodoo she does but I don’t get any irritation or bumps after the wax or when the hair starts to grow back: could you ask for anymore from a bikini wax?!?! I love the receptionists as well, they’re always so sweet and know everyone by name. I have a lot of friends that comes here to see Caitlyn for their waxes too. We’re now a no-shave group 😂 I’d give them 1000 stars...

I’ve been a client of Georgi’s for years and I absolutely love the services that they provide. I’m a creature of habit as such, I’ve been Caitlyn’s clients for at least the last 4 years. I have a regular maintenance routine and I try not to deviate however things come up and sometimes a girl gotta do what a girl gotta do! Yesterday…. Emma came through for me BIG TIME, accommodating the services I needed on short notice. I was told she would only be able to do 2/3 but she worked magic and got all 3 done! Now today I can attend my event not being subconscious of legs and pits lol!

There’s no doubt my regular Esthetician Caitlyn would not have done the same but she was off yesterday!

I came to Roza for my first Brazilian wax and after watching every horrific reaction video and reading every traumatizing experience of peoples first Brazilian wax online, I was expecting to cry uncontrollably or have to leave in the middle of it. Roza is so down to earth and casual, she makes great conversation throughout the whole thing. My first experience took honestly about 10 min and the pain was minimal, didn't flinch or shed a tear. Getting my eye brows waxed hurts more in my opinion. Afterwards the redness and bumps went away within the day.
