Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ohio

Only because I can’t give no stars I DoorDash food last night was missing stuff called up there told them what I was missing they said they would remake it then when I told her I could not come back that night she then hung up on me in the middle of telling me her name then I called back thinking maybe it just got disconnected then right before she told me her name she hung up again then I went up there and the lady there tells me that she can remake my food that was missing so I asked her to remake my whole order cuss my other food got cold and I’m sorry I don’t want to eat cold food then another lady came to the window and was talking to me with a very bad attitude so I asked her if she was a manager she then told me she was the agm (assisted general manager) now I would at Taco Bell for years and I know this is not right then the First Lady that came to the window was in the back of the store saying boohoo and when I asked for sauce asked her to makes sure it was in the bag cuss I was not sent nun then they told me the doordasher must have keep a bag that’s why the food was not in there again I worked at Taco Bell for years I know if that would have been the case I the food I would have been missing would had been my box that I ordered not just some random food that I ordered definitely will never go back to...

Conveniently located right at the corner of Rt.224 & South Ave. This Taco Bell is my favorite. All fast food restaurants have some locations that are great all around and some other locations are nothing short of downright disgusting and foul, well this Taco Bell location is one of those that are great all the way around, I go to this location about once a week (what can I say, I like Taco Bell...lol) and every staff member I've encountered have been very friendly and professional, you can tell that theres good management at this location because the staff appears to be well trained and the store is ran proficiently, the staff work well and in sync with their co-workers, the food is fresh and hot, made right (love the new Grilled Cheese Burrito's) and they serve it quickly. If your in that area and find yourself craving a Taco Supreme you wont leave disappointed, seriously if you haven't tried their new GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO do yourself some justice, try one, you might just find yuh yourself never ordering anything else from...

Today they were out of large cups and were giving medium drinks with the combo meals but they can't change it in their computer unless they charge for each item in the combo separately, so in the end, even though I said not to, they separated it anyway and I got charged more for my combo with a medium drink than if it would have been left a large. Why do us consumers have to pay for the managers mistakes of not having enough product in stock? It isn't a lot extra but it is still extra and that adds up over time. It isn't the staff, it's the managers. I've also gotten charged for the upcharge for chicken when they have been out of beef in the past. Not too happy today and I frequent this store often. I typically buy food even though I only want a drink just because I feel bad getting just a drink....
