Boston Memories — Local services in Boston

My family came to Boston over the summer for vacation. Boston Memories had a sweatshirt that the name of the city surrounded by mushrooms...a favorite of my daughter. She bought the sweatshirt without a second thought.

Fast forward to when we got home, and the sweatshirt through the wash. The poor shirt began to unravel in such a way that was not normal, as it is a good quality shirt.

We called the store, and they were prompt, courteous, and understanding. They asked for pictures of what happened. When they saw the damage, they were kind enough to send a replacement to our home, two states away.

Nous sommes passés à cette boutique plusieurs fois durant notre séjour et à chaque fois l'accueil etait exécrable. Nous avons achetés un beau pull et j'ai refusé un sac en plastique que la dame asiatique voulait me faire payer . Au final même pas un au revoir elle a même pas emballé le pull et nous l'a donné à l'arrache. Je ne recommande pas cette boutique je n'y retournerais...
