I experienced the true miracle of Easter. I happened to park in front of this church in early morning hours. I was exploring the Newbury street and the commonwealth avenue. As I was approaching my car on my way back, I could have sworn I heard angelic voices in my earphones that weren't part of my audiobook. Apparently I wasn't losing it yet! It was a voice of one of the choral singers practicing in her car. After a bit of chat she invited me into the church for the easter rehearsal.
Wonderful smiling deacon Bob made sure I felt really welcome. After learning that I wasn't going to stay for the 10 o'clock service ( I had to go visit my brother's family and wake up my children at the hotel) Bob offered me a communion. Then he introduced me to the priest and I got a wonderful history tour of the church.
But the miracle doesn't stop there. Bob and Jane convinced me to stay until the beginning of the service to witness a beautiful procession of the animals.
