While walking around Chinatown, I found this store and had a great experience. The sales associate, Jenny, was very friendly and helpful. I told her I needed an extra firm mattress because the one I bought online wasn’t firm enough. I have a bad back and needed something that would support me without sinking in. Jenny helped me pick the perfect mattress and arranged fast delivery.

The delivery team was on time and even called before heading over and arriving. They carried the mattress up the stairs, brought it into my bedroom, and even offered to help set it up. I'd been looking for a bed with my mom at American stores and was disappointed by their selections. But, I immediately liked many of the simplistic choices that Tang's offered. I would say that they're a bit more expensive than American stores for beds, but you are getting quality! I was in there for about thirty minutes and we were able to choose something, with delivery this weekend! (~3 days, since we ordered on Wednesday). Worse delivery service I had experienced. The delivery guys were extremely impatient, when we asked them to double check the mattress model since the color of the item were totally different than the one we ordered. They then blamed us on ordering the wrong one, I mean really? Your boss just called an hour earlier to confirm the item model..
