My wife and were in Bozeman, MT and shopped in your store. We bought a western dress and some other items. When we got back home to Virginia we discovered that there security tag was still on the dress. I called the store and they couldn't have been nicer. They pointed me to a YouTube Video to show me how the tag could be removed using 2 forks. Very Cool! Unfortunately in removing the tag it was discovered that it wasn't placed on a seam and so the tag removal caused a hole in the dress. I emailed the store and again, they couldn't have been nicer. The owner of the store jumped in and sent us a shipping label to return the dress and she contacted the manufacturer (Pendleton) and had them drop ship us a new dress right away.

This is exactly the type of customer service that is missing in todays world, and it simply could not have been handled better! We are very happy customers and will definitely shop there again the next time we are in Bozeman. We can't recommend this...

I stopped in yesterday looking for a cowboy hat and they had a decent selection upstairs but I was blown away when I went downstairs, they had so many amazing and super cool vintage western wear. The only thing is it was a little pricey for vintage clothes but it is what it is. I found an amazing cowboy hat downstairs and the lady at the front counter help me get it sized to my head. My brother found an amazing pair of boots that will probably last him his lifetime. We talked to who I believe is the owner for a solid 15-20 minutes. She was so incredibly nice and just a real joy to talk to. I'd definitely recommend if you are in the area to...
