My fiance spoke with someone this morning about getting my beautiful wedding rings rhodium plated and cleaned, the woman on the phone was friendly, genuine and accommodating to him. She expressed that it was no problem, and can often be completed in the same day. When we came in this afternoon, the first sales woman we spoke with was sweet, helpful, and excited for us in our new engagement. While filling out the forms to get the rhodium plating done, another sales woman, in her late 30s with blonde hair, stepped into our conversation. She took over the conversation and was immediately very rude and condescending. She asked if we had purchased our set at their store and was not friendly about it at all (which we did not, and had already asked the woman on the phone if that was a problem and it was not). When I said no, her attitude got worse. She told me that in order to get it in the same day that they would have to charge double their rates and it would cost $200!!!! She was so condescending and rude to me that I felt so awful. She ruined my exciting day! We got engaged on Monday! I couldn't wait to see my new ring sparkle. I was so upset with the way she was speaking to me that I picked up my things, and the filled out form and walked OUT! Afterwards I cried. I felt so offended by the way she spoke and treated me. I was not about to give this business my hard-earned money! I left and went to Jensen Jewelers in the mall. I was greeted with a warm smile and genuinely friendly staff. They were happy to have my business and I was able to have my ring plated and cleaned and back on my finger in 15 minutes, and at $60!! Not $200!!! I will forever bring my business to this establishment for all my future needs. I gave them 5 stars and you guys 1. I am not one to even leave ratings, but you can bet that...
Read moreWe started going to Millers about 15 years ago. My husband bought my beautiful wedding ring from them. They were very friendly and helped guide him to pick out a ring that is very special. My husband also got me a beautiful vintage bracelet from them for our wedding as well.
Since then they are the only jewelers we use. When I drop off my rings for a cleaning they also check my stones and tightened them so they don’t fall out. They let me know if they spot anything I should be aware of and are so very friendly.
When our children were born I asked for kids bands to accompany my wedding band and engagement ring. Millers made sure that all four rings would compliment each other perfectly. After my daughter was born they sent us a gift with her name engraved on it.
When we were picking up my daughter’s ring my husband and I were skiing and were running late. Millers stayed open a little late to make sure we could get the ring before when went back home to Helena.
Recently we bought earrings for our nieces sweet 16. The earrings I picked were not available but Millers kept in touch with me and offered a few other solutions, however, they were able to get the ones I liked from their designer early so we could have them on time for her party. They are so helpful and friendly. We don’t go anywhere else.
Huge thank you to everyone who works there for making it’s such a wonderful “small town” jewelry store we wouldn’t go...
Read moreMy husband has gifted me a couple of thousand $ of yogo sapphire jewelry from Miller's which I am very grateful yet didn't have heart to tell him he was ripped off by the cheap chains which hold the yogo & settings. I've lost 2 yogis due to chain or clasp breaking & decided I'd have my latest gift fixed & let them know it's not right to put the settings on cheap chains - my husband paid for the entire necklace After all. The sales lady says sure we can fix it for an additional $60 + price of new clasp. - that was Miller's idea of customer service - charge you to fix their cheap $10 chain on a 500$ necklace! I lost that setting today because the clasp broke! I can't find setting anywhere! There are plenty of jewelry stores in Bozeman & maybe those stores won't use $10 retail SS chains for their $500 settings & sapphires. Thanks for nothing Miller Jewelry - you've lost my husband as a customer - I only wish I hadn't told others to shop Miller's including when I sent my brother there for gifts for his wife. In fact I was buying yogo studs for him that day I asked if they'd fix the cheap chain on my necklace only to be told sure they'd fix it after I gave them more$$. The chains shouldn't be cheap crappy ones to begin with! Look at the chain if you're going to spend you're $$ at Miller's & demand...
