Very disappointing experience. I came here based on the google reviews, but will not return. I saw every red flag possible from a terribly messy store, to a guy not answering my questions concisely and almost like a street vendor making a quick buck.

I had three shirts there to be tailored and have a product called million dollar collar put in. When you buy it, it comes with a pamphlet that shows you how to do it in 3 steps DIY or to give to a tailor. I brought that in for him to do it and he had told me it could be done. I called 8 days later to check on the status of the shirts and find out they’re ready for pickup.

I go to pick it up and he is noticeably lying to me making excuses and blaming it on the tailor for not putting that collar product in the shirt; “she never saw them before, she was injured, she's trying her best” I got home to try all three shirts on and one of them has work done to it but looks like I swim in it.

I’ll find another tailor to fix the shirt and put the collar stays in. Another lesson learned to trust your gut....

We never really had a reason to go into this store until now (banquet is in a few weeks)

Needless to say, my fiance and I will be coming back. All it took was ONE measurement of my fiance and Mr. Holmes KNEW what he'd need. My fiance is extremely picky about his clothes since he is bigger in the thighs.

Jimmy took the time to figure out what my fiance liked and what he didn't, all in one conversation. My fiance is ecstatic about his new suit, shoes, ties, and handkerchief.

We WILL be going back to him! Never anywhere else. Thank you,...

Enjoying a beautiful Saturday taking a walk through the mall minding my own business when some clown in a dated Mc Hammer suit and what looked like 1980's white Reeboks yells out across the mall to me that I look basic AND that I should care about my wife more and look better! Needless to say his sarcastic comment didn't encourage me to enter his establishment. I'm sure he being in business many years at this thriving location this tactic may work for his customers cruising through the mall, but for some reason...
