Target — Local services in Bradley

I would like to compliment a young man who works at the Bourbonnais, Il store. Today I was in the store for approximately 30 minutes. I needed help locating an item and ask an employee for help. These days, especially with holiday staff, many employees are very unsure of where items are located or even if the store carries the item. This employee took me directly to the location without hesitation. About 10 minutes later I found myself in another department, completely unrelated to the first one but lo an behold when I searched out an employee it was the same one. Once again he happily announced that they indeed had the item I needed, he walked me to it and asked if I needed help locating anything else. His name tag said he is Christopher. I always shop here opposed to Walmart. I can find what I need and want. I am not waiting for rude people who don't care your waiting to get get out of the aisle. Friendly shoppers. Employees are available, unlike Walmart where you look for anyone and finally have to wait in line at customer service for a question, who then radio the dept to get someone to go check on floor about your question, who then radio back customer service to tell you about the product that your not inquiring about. So target is so much easier, employees work in their respective depts, if you all for help they don't point in the direction, target employees walk you to product. I really used to like this Target but not anymore. I bought a pack of lunch meat without looking at the best before date. Well come to find out the package was three months out of date! When I took it back the customer service person looked at me, laughed and asked what should she do about it? I was so mad I asked to speak to a manager and I was informed they don't speak to rude a$$ holes! Now the only time I shop here is for a toy or a movie if my other stores are sold out.
