Firehouse Subs Bradley — Restaurant in Bradley

I and several of my coworkers order pickup from here more Fridays than not and we are never disappointed! The food is always good, the service is always friendly and engaging and they make you feel like their only customer every time! I'm the pick up person and I never have to wait, food is ready when they say it will be...and it's clear it also hasn't been sitting there waiting either (unless I'm late 😉). The order is always ready, food is as ordered, and they keep the pick up line moving so there's never a wait over a minute or two. Had one order where something got forgotten and they got ahold of me before I realized it was missing, which would've been after I'd gotten back across town, but they were able to catch me by phone before I was even fully out of the parking lot! They go above & beyond to make sure their customers are happy AND they contribute to their local communities. I know that this particular Firehouse has donated to several of our fire departments in the county...the money came from our county & went back into our county and they can prove it! I will continue to visit here whenever possible & will recommend to people anywhere to take a chance on Firehouse Subs in your area if you haven't already....and if you're ever in this neck of the woods stop & visit the Bradley Firehouse because they deserve...

As sub places go I have to add this place as one of my favorites. As a veteran, you get a free drink, alway a plus in my book. I came with a party so we all shared subs so that we could try more than one and for the most part I liked them. We got 3 subs, the smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket, the firehouse steak & cheese, and a new caribbean jerk chicken. As taste goes, they all tasted good but would have liked more caribbean jerk flavor to the sandwich, otherwise it's just a chicken sandwich with seasoning. The steak & cheese seemed a little low on the amount of meat used but the taste was definitely good. The beef & cheddar brisket was the best one by far out of the three in my opinion. I got a combo and got potato soup with it which was also good, not as thick as I like my potato soup but the taste was on point. They have a big selection of hot sauces to choose from to put on your sandwich and have them all numbered from 1 through 10 according to heat, which is extremely convenient. Ordered delivery from the FIREHOUSE SUBS WEBSITE. Order was supposed to arrive in 28 minutes and it arrived in 50 minutes, very cold. Delivery was from uber eats, but through the firehouse subs website. ( No where on the website does it say that Uber Eats would deliver, and no where on the receipt does it say Uber Eats) The driver delivered the subs 40 minutes after they were picked up, and we live 5 minutes away. I called the store to let them know. Manager said it was not their problem, but Uber Eats and I should contact them. Because I did not order directly through Uber Eats but through the Firehouse Subs website, I could not contact Uber eats about this delivery. I have no way to contact them, in fact, I don't even have a personal Uber Eats account! I kept trying to explain this to her, but the manager said basically I was out of luck, and offered no help to resolve the problem. I thought this was very poor customer service on Firehouse Subs part. $32 for 2 very late...
