This store has the woooorst customer service. These employees are nice, but literally every time I have an issue here it’s met with wide eyes & “oh so weird, I’m sorry” instead of any kind of action. It’s almost comical, I don’t know why I have returned as many times as I have. Today I placed a pick up order online using my mothers credit card.. I got a message that I thought said my order was ready, so I came into the store. When I got to the counter & pulled up the email, I realized it said the order was canceled because the items were not found. I walked away from the register and found all 4 items within (NO EXAGGERATION 45 seconds) I wasn’t able to purchase the items because they aren’t in my budget (my mom was gifting them to me) When I explained the situation the girls at the counter just seemed to have no idea what happened.. (they had JUST sent me the message that it couldn’t be fulfilled though, so whoever did that was IN THE STORE- does old navy know they’re losing money from canceled orders that could easily be filled?)
I’m just actually dumbfounded every time I’m in this store by their absolute incompetence.
They also don’t allow returns without receipt, or even exchanges?! So if you were to get a gift you have to either keep it, or return it to the gift giver’s payment method. My mom bought me clothes I wanted to exchange, and I wasn’t able to just come in and swap out the skirt for a smaller size. They returned it to her card, and I would have had to repurchase it myself. Read moreHorrible customer service. This store wouldn’t do a simple in store/store credit return. We had a gift of 5 items and were told the system didn’t allow a return of that many items. When we tried to exchange they said we couldn’t do that either. When we found the receipt through the gift givers email, we were told we couldn’t get store credit. It would be credited back to the person who purchased the item. They told us they would have to call a customer service number to help. They had the customer service number (for employees) IN THEIR HAND and said instead we had to return the amounts to the original gift giver’s card and then we had to purchase all of these clothes (that were gifts!) I asked if I could call the customer service number since they wouldn’t.. when I tried it said they were closed (it’s 12pm on a Sunday) As a former retail employee I am flabbergasted. I would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely INCOMPETENT. Each of the 4 people we dealt with. If this is truly Old Navy’s policy they need to figure something out. Read moreThis was our first time in this store. We were not very impressed at all. The shopping carts are so small you can barely get a child and any items you select. Several items didn't have prices on them so we had to search for an employee to ask what the price was. Random boxes with items in them placed throughout the store, but again no prices. Once we found an employee, we were told "oh those are our half off bins" being new to the store I had no way of knowing what they were. They all should have signs on them. There was so much merchandise crowded into this store, that it was difficult to move around and then add customers and it became chaotic at times. We love Old Navy but this is a fairly new store and they need a bigger store for the amount of merchandise they have in it. Not a great experience at...
