Marshalls — Local services in Bradley

For about 3 years now I have been suggesting that Marshall’s get a changing table in the women’s bathroom. I have to change my baby on the floor, or I’m told to go in the changing room. Most of the times it’s a stool, not even a bench. Some times the changing room is dirtier than the restroom. Also, With it being 2020, the men’s restroom should have one as well. My husband has our baby many times and was not able to change his diaper.

I have been a dedicated Marshall’s shopper for probably 20 years, and while I love the experience shopping with such great customer service. There not being a baby station is enough to have me go next door to Ross.

I love Marshalls my second time there they were so helpful. They helped me out with my purchase of finding a coat. They were very friendly and kind. I did not realize everything that Marshall has in their store. I will go back there to shop more often for everything that I possibly need. My little granddaughter who's 5 fell in love with the place and did not want to leave she found so many items that she look for herself and also for me. We had a lot of fun. The employees are great. I’ve been shopping here for years, always had a good experience until the other night. A manager (Micheal) was asking another employee who was probably 17 if he prefers blonds or brunettes (ok fine) employee seemed uncomfortable. Manager then says “I’m a butt man myself.” The employee looked VERY uncomfortable. I just thought it was very unprofessional and clearly his employee was not on the same page and I was embarrassed for him.
