Kate Spade Outlet — Local services in Branson

My younger sister and I drive several hours for a girls shopping day a few times a year. Yesterday was our first day going into Kate Spade. Let me tell you, I'm not sure how we went this long without stepping foot in this store! We were immediately greeted by Faith, who explained pricing, & let us in on the amazing deals they have. Come time to checkout Faith went over to help me while her coworker assisted the person in front of me. Faith is very attentive & has such a beautiful welcoming friendly personality! I walked in there w/honestly no intention of buying anything & walked out with a purse, wallet, ring, bracelet, & earrings.🥴 The amazing customer service makes a difference! Didn't feel pressured to purchase anything, didn't feel judged, & all the staff was super easy going, attentive, & approachable! I look forward to going back! Out of all the stores we shopped at this is one of 2 stores that I absolutely LOVED the experience, 10 outta 10...

Last Sunday was my first visit to this store. Honestly, it was one of the best retail experiences I have ever had. (And I used to work retail! ;) The ladies greeted me with sincere kindness as I walked through the front door. Jordan showed me tons of things in various price ranges. She was very knowledgeable and prompt with answering my questions. I was so in love with the bag and wallet I got (on sale) that I left the store and went and got my sister and brought her back. Now I had never met Jordan before that day and I didn't tell her I was coming back. When I walked back through the door with my sister, her face lit up and she treated me like an old friend that she hadn't seen in a long time ! Her happiness was absolutely contagious. I will never visit Branson again without making a trip...

I have loved Kate Spade products for years, but Alexia and the other staff at this location have earned my loyalty forever! My purse and phone were destroyed at a go kart track and I went directly to the outlet store to pick up a new purse. I was almost in tears and all of the staff at the store were so kind and helpful. They looked up my past purchase, got me a bit of a refund to put toward my new purse, and helped me find something that I loved. They definitely went above and beyond and made me feel so much better.
