Northwoods Candy Emporium — Restaurant in Branson

One of several candy shops along Branson Landing, Northwoods Candy Emporium truly is a spectacular place chock-full of sweet treats.

NCE appears to have a much more extensive array of 🍬 🍫 🍭 than do some of the competing shops along the Landing. Selections include bulk Jelly Belly jellybeans, salt water taffy, and licorice, as well as a broad range of both hard and chewable candies. There is even a limited number of dietetic candies available.

An entire case of chocolate creations is present, and a number of popular "old time" candy bars are also displayed. And for soda enthusiasts, an interesting selection of carbonated beverages can also be found.

Variety seems to be the word of the day at NCE. Equally important, prices are in line with (and occasionally beat) their competition. Staff are always friendly and attentive.

Give yourself an excuse to do some extra exercise...pay this wonderful...

I saw in there display case some dark chocolate raspberry truffles I really wanted. Unfortunately there was no employee behind the counter to help me. I waited for a full minute but nobody even asked if I needed help. I walked around the store for several minutes, never spotting an employee and even returned to the counter but no one was there. I walked out without buying a thing and will not return. Good luck paying for that ultra expensive Branson...

Stopped in during our visit to Branson for a wedding. Who doesn't appreciate a good salt water taffy? HOWEVER, the taffy is OLD, not fresh and the prices were pretty spendy but like I said, I love getting fresh taffy every now and again. BUT, will never stop at one of their stores again.
