Bricktown Brewery — Restaurant in Branson

Our experience here was not the best, and we came here to unwind after a long days work. The hostesses were kind and they allowed us to make our way to the bar. However, when we got to the bar to sit down, it was a different story, and should have followed instinct and left. Our bartender was straight up rude to us, no emotion on her face, no greeting. We were polite to her, but felt like we didn't belong there. We ordered a couple of bottles and one on tap. We ordered dinner as well, the chicken fried steak and the shrimp poboy. The food tasted good, the sweet potato fries were really good. They were so delicious that I could never imagine why they would serve them with ketchup. The waitress who brought out our food was very nice, I asked her if they had a marshmallow dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries ($2 extra charge for the sweet potato fries per menu ), she said they didn't but they did have a caramel sauce. I asked her if she could bring one out. So I waited, the bar tender was giving me the eye when she asks how things were tasting, which mind you I'm waiting on the sauce(haven't touched dinner), so why ask how things are tasting when she knows the answer? I told her that I was waiting on the sauce for the sweet potato fries. Charged extra for sauce, which is understandable, the caramel sauce was delicious it had chili flakes in it and paired so much better than ketchup would have, except what really sucks was her response she had when I had inquired that the couple who had ordered what looked like sweet potato fries also had a caramel sauce with the order. Her response: they ordered the apple fries. Ohhhh ok. Nice to know. How about letting us know that you are gonna slip that extra charge for the caramel sauce on our bill? It would have been nice at the least. She had a piss poor attitude with us and flirted with different waiters that came up to grab drinks, at least she smiled at them. Unprofessional.

My spouse is a veteran, and when he showed the bartender his military ID upon request for the beers, we were hoping that she would remember that he is a veteran.

No thank yous, no have a great evening guys.

Do yourself a favor, skip this one on Saturday nights.

Management: I would have spoken up in person, however after coming off of a week with overtime, really just wanted a cold beer on tap and a hot meal, and it was a busy evening there. Spouse and I would be more than happy to stop by when we have time off and discuss why I gave this review in detail, we work under busy schedules with the season. Hire yourself a bartender who cares enough to measure out your drinks, may want to check those numbers at the end of the month a little more closely. Just because she has the jigger sitting out on the bar, doesn't mean she's using them. Those 5 second...

Must have chosen the wrong day and time to come in. It was slow that day but we had to wait almost 15 minutes for a server. Drinks came fast, food came sloooooow. My husband liked his burger, however my meal; chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans were one of the worst meals I've ever tried to eat. Someone dumped A LOT of salt into the food.. totally inedible. The potatoes had been reheated so many times that they were crusty and crispy and again.. drown in salt. The green beans looked nice, but were pure salt sticks. Our server never checked on us and spent the entire time with her other 2 tables. I couldn't eat my meal and my iced tea glass was empty for the majority of the meal without a refill offered. I sat for nearly 45 minutes not eating. When the server came with the bill, I was not afforded an opportunity to explain why I hadn't eaten my meal, nor was I asked if I wanted anything else to replace it. I literally said to her as she reached for our plates... "this meal was inedi...." She cut me off mid sentence and said the kitchen had new cooks and left. She did take my meal off of the bill and I left starving. Really not a pleasant experience. ...

Arrived in Branson on Father’s Day night. 6/15/25 arrived at 8:15 they close at 10. I wanna start off by saying the staff and waitress were AMAZING! (as I put in my stars). We probably had 12 people in our group! My mother in law took the whole family out for Father’s Day!! The location was amazing the staff was amazing! But our food was terrible! For example I ordered the Fried Shrimp meal! The fried shrimp was cooked so long that if they would have cooked it another minute it would have been burnt black!! Every bit of our food was WAY OVER FRIED! I’m not talking about little bit!! I’m talking some of it was unedible! I don’t know if it’s because it was the end of the night and the grease was old ! But my mother in law paied over $200 for the food and since we just arrived in Branson and hour prior to this ! We didn’t wanna cause issues so we just ate it! But if the staff wasn’t so nice!! We definitely would have sent half our food back! Just watch out for over fried food late at night before close!!! Very disappointed to say the least! And we actually have a Brick Town brewery in our hometown...
