BreckInnRidge Vacations — Local services in Breckenridge

If you’re looking for a place in Breckenridge quit looking. This house is in a great location only about a mile from town. The only problem we had was that the kids liked the house so much we were worried about getting them to go to ski. Two different days we had some from our group walk to and from town for exercise. The house is decked out. I’m still not sure how many it’ll sleep. The two bunk beds are double bunk beds with I think 3 single beds like window seats under the windows. We never even pulled down the queen size Murphy beds in the pool room. It has a game room downstairs that made it where none of us wanted to go into town and wait for a table. The owner Ken Bell is a great host. Ken also has a shuttle service that made the whole trip very easy. It turned the house into ski in ski out. There’s a free sledding hill nearby and Ken has more sleds than you need. Our only problem we were all, kids included, too tired to go sledding after skiing all day. The yard right across the street was used for some great snowball fights. To show you how straight up Ken is, he gave us a price for the shuttle and because we didn’t use it as much as we thought he reduced the price. Like he said, he can get you halfway to Breckenridge before you can get loaded in a rental car and as you know you don’t want to try to park in Breckenridge. This is an amazing house to stay in. You need absolutely nothing but food and clothes - the house has everything you can need. The location is fabulous (short walk to center of town and a mile to Breckenridge ski lifts). Some of our group went out everyday - I, however, never left the house. I moved from fireplace to fireplace, big comfy sofa or chair to big comfy sofa or couch and read. Plenty of things to do in the house (game rooms, virtual golf, big TVs and movie library, etc.) and a fun kitchen to cook in. The house was very clean and the hosts were lovely and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here - we're thinking of trying to come back in the summer to sit on those lovely decks although you can sit in winter with the firepit and heaters with no problem! Our group was our family of 20+ of which many came & went over the course of a week in late July to early August 2017. Ken's home was perfect for our group as there was more than enough room for family things but also plenty of room that one could find some privacy when you wanted to get away from them as well :). The home has all the amenities that you need & if you do find that you need something, Ken is only a phone call or text away to accommodate you with whatever it may be including "locals" advice for where to go or what to see.
