Rebecca was the best massage therapist I have been to. I have been to a number of massage therapists in my past and when you find the right one you can tell they just stand out among the rest. The massage from Rebecca was mazing. She knew where the issues were and she was able to name off the different muscles and connective areas and explain how it all worked. This really helped me better understand my challenges and brought me a step closer to connecting my mind to body. She offered me resources to help with my specific challenges so that I could continue to treat those issues. I was referred to Rebecca at Align by a friend who hurt his back before our annual ski trip. Rebecca was able to make him feel whole and his words were “best massage I’ve ever had.” I suffer from chronic pain & hypermobility. Sometime massages make me feel worse and finding that sweet spot can be difficult. Well not for Rebecca. We sat down prior to my massage, Rebecca listened to all my needs and she absolutely delivered. I felt amazing after my deep tissue & fascia work. I was not sore afterwards and felt miraculously better. This review is 4 days post massage and I still feel amazing. I highly recommend Rebecca and she is my new go to for massages going forward. Rebeca is masterful in sharing her gift of massage therapy. I am training for the Leadville Trail 10k and other races this fall and really neded a reset. Today Rebeca gave me a 1 hour recovery massage plus Happy Toes, Happy Hands and the Lunar Nectar Nourishing Scalp Treatment. She was thoughtful in getting to know what areas I wanted to focus on as well as making some recommendations. She is not very talkative during the service which I greatly appreciated.
