My husband bought me a bear wine holder and a bear wine opener from here. Needless to say once we got home and opened the packages we noticed that the bear wine holder had a broken paw on it with no piece in the wrapping to re glue it. So on our return trip back to breckenridge we brought it back to exchange the item for one that wasn't broken. I kindly asked the man to exchange it for us and he said that he can't do that without the manager there and refused to call her. He then tried to say "Maybe your kid kicked it" as to why it was broken, and she isn't even old enough to walk yet! I was furious. I don't usually write reviews but this place does not deserve anyone's business!! Couldn't even exchange a 14$ item for us. Very displeased...

He was very cordial and represented the store well. I took my husband back 2 days later to show something to him and the young lady behind the counter was on her cell phone and did not get off the entire time we were in the store. I recommend never to shop here. I ordered a sculpture and it was supposed to ship to me in 6-8 weeks. After 10 weeks I called the store to check on my shipment. Gina was very rude and not helpful. My sculpture got lost in the mail. I ended up getting a refund but not before she made a million excuses how they can not control UPS shipments and it wasn't her fault.
