Tres Chic Boutique — Local services in Brenham

I normally don't post reviews but this little boutique staff rubbed me the wrong way. When entering the store my family and I was not greeted. That's perfectly okay. A older lady that worked there kept coming around the areas I was in but not saying anything to my daughter or I. I saw there was a restroom and went to go in but another customer had told me she was going to go in there as well. I told her to go ahead and go because I was going to see if my little boy needed to potty. The customer told me she'd be quick! I went to ask my little boy and the older lady that works there (I'm assuming the store owner or manager) came around as she heard me and said they try not to have alot of people use the restroom due to something with the city. I asked her do what? She said they try not to have alot of people use their restrooms and there are some outside.

I am a salon and Boutique owner myself. I was out of town with my family for a little R&R. I thought it would be neat to explore the little downtown of Brenham and see what type of boutiques they have and visit other fellow boutique owners. I offer ladies drinks, snacks and ALLOW anyone in my shop to use the restroom.

This place has absolutely no customer service, not friendly, and no friendly faces. Please put employees only on your bathroom door sign if you don't wish for customers to use your restroom. Instead of a hot pink sign that says restroom. Smiles and hellos go a long way. This world has...

One of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences I have ever had! I went in with my Hispanic granddaughter and dear friend( also Hispanic) The scowl on the associates faces after we were in there for a few minutes was so unsettling. Two ladies proceeded to follow us all through the store right on our backs. We walked in with a few older girls who we were on a girls trip with and we’re immediately “greeted” at the door with being told to be careful and to not touch any of the clothes because they get dirty really easy.
