Foundation Event Facility — Local services in Bristol

My daughter had her wedding here in April. We had the most amazing experience. I’ve worked in the wedding industry for 15+ years, and I have to say I was really impressed. Jess and her staff went above and beyond. We had the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception here. Not having to worry about the weather took an immense weight off of our shoulders. This venue is stunning. The light from the expansive windows and the exposed brick make for beautiful photos. We had around 150 people, and the food was fantastic. I know some of my family went back for a 3rd plate, and there was still plenty to bring home for a midnight snack. Several relatives and my daughter’s friends told me it was the best wedding they had ever attended. I added a photo of the drapery. I would recommend this venue to anyone. As a Wedding Planner, I love event spaces that provide everything the couple needs! The Foundation Event Facility was amazing. I traveled to Southwest Virginia to coordinate a wedding in Bristol Tennessee. During the time leading up to the event, I was in contact with the wonderful Robin Forgey. She is the event coordinator for the venue. I can't explain how great she and her staff before the event and on the day of. They truly took care of everything. It allowed me to focus on my job as the coordinator. I couldn't ask for a better venue staff. They were able to accommodate everything we needed/wanted. Thank you so much for being so amazing. The staircase and hallway leading to the event room reeks of mildew. I have no idea how the staff can work there without getting sick. The floor inside the event room has several soft spots that are very concerning. The food that was served at the event I attended was mediocre at best. Pork chops and boneless pork chops were overcooked, dry, and rough to chew. I will never go back there. This facility should be closed down until they address the obvious...
