Starting to feel like my ring will NEVER be ready. Going on week 3 of waiting. Boyfriend bought me a ring from a different jewelry store and gave it to me for Christmas. It was too big for my right ring finger but that’s where I wanted to wear it. He got me a size 6, guesstimating, I told him I might be a size 5. He tried to surprise me and brought it to this location for a resize in December 26. We returned Saturday dec. 28 to pick it up. Woman at the desk asked me if it was an engagement ring in front of other guests. I replied “no, it’s not.” I put it on my right ring finger and it was unfortunately too big. She told me “you’re supposed to wear it on your left hand.” I responded again “it’s not an engagement ring.” Embarrassed for the both us, she apologized and offered to resize it free and it’d be ready that coming Monday dec. 30. I called that Monday and asked if a ring I was having resized was ready. Without asking any information, the woman on the phone replied “all rings will be ready after 7pm.” I said okay you didn’t ask for my info but it’ll be ready by 7? She said yes. We go at 7, ring was still the original size. While I was talking to the woman, another employee interrupted and began talking to her about another issue from a phone call. I felt completely disrespected. The woman then looks at me and said “you’re getting a resize?” Looks at the paper and says “oh you’re getting the second resize for free right? Yeah it’s not gonna be ready till Saturday, we’re very busy.” I told her I called in for this reason to make sure it was ready and the woman who answered told me ALL rings were ready without asking my info so I drove here told it would be ready. I guess because the resize was being done free, I wasn’t a priority, don’t understand why the first woman even told me it would be ready so soon if they were so busy?? Guess to rush me out due to the embarrassing encounter. Well I returned today January 4. Size was good... but missing a diamond. Woman helping me tried to say it was a dark one??? Thank goodness another employee was there and said no it is missing. Now I have to wait till next Monday for them to do who knows what. Upset is an understatement. I’m NEVER returning to do...
Read moreDO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you see something you like I HIGHLY recommend buying it through the Daniel’s website instead. Huge tip, Black Friday has the best sales ONLINE. Anyways, johanna sold my husband my engagement ring and wedding band set (which is beautiful btw) and lied to him about what their protection plan thing covers, said it covers lost stolen and damaged. She was so nice during the sale of course since he spent well over 5k, over 8k including his wedding band. she was no help after. Charged him to size the ring even though we didn’t need to size it. I am from another state and they told us we can get help in any Daniel’s location which any Daniel’s I tried to go to all tell me I need to talk to the store we purchased from. Just terrible experience, overcharged us, only cares about making the sell, tried to convince me to ask my husband for an extra add on ring like what is wrong with these people. Highly regret being convinced to buy their “Daniel care” so stupid. Again if you like their rings but online. Stay away from this store. We got “free iPads” from their giant sale which is not actually a sale. The iPads don’t work and die...
Read moreVery poor pushy salesperson like Queenie. Practically or basically harassed me to buy a watch. Would give them 0 stars if I could. I can see why they get so poor ratings. They have very pushy badgering bossy salespeople there like Queenie. This store is in the Buena Park Mall. Don't do business with them you will be sorry you stepped in the store. Would not recommend this store or company to do business with. Pushy salespeople like Queenie and very poor poor ratings on Yelp. Check it out if you...
