SHOWKING — Local services in Buena Park

I've been here multiple times and really haven't had any complaints. The staff have been nice and always answered all my questions to the best of their ability... This weekend wasn't any different except when they had some register issue which to me is fine BUT they charged my card twice and I called and left several voicemails that afternoon, and thought i would get a phone call back later in the evening or next day. If been two days and no phone call back or anything, I am not that close to this location so i cant just get up and go there. After leaving MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS, i had to get on the IG and leave them multiple comments on all their post and send them a direct message to get their attention.

when they finally got a response back they via INSTAGRAM, they said their phones have not been working and this was an on going issue...

OK!

ONE- if your phone has been down and yet your voicemail has been working then maybe change your voicemail to advise customers that the lines are down and to email or something.

TWO- why didn't you have a signage to inform your customer of this matter?

with the amount or resources there is to provide contact information and so many platforms for customers to be informed you have done nothing to engage and inform customers about this matter that has been AN ONGOING ISSUE FOR MULTIPLE DAYS!

I am very disappointed, and when i asked about getting my money back you just replied with that you will let your POS system know, but if this has been an on going situation why haven there been a plan of action to prevent upset customers?

i have not been provided with any form of additional contact to resolve...

Went in today. Nothing too special, just looks like most places selling Korean goods! Went to check and compare kpop album prices and they are more expensive than online or the other stores a couple steps away. But what drew me in was the 30% off kpop goods! I thought it was just albums but some signs had just albums where the albums were and others had “30% off kpop” so I assumed the goods. Had a friend ask when she was paying and they said just the albums. Alright I haven’t payed so I put the other items away and payed for the album. I didn’t get the 30% off so I payed more for an album I could’ve gotten cheaper next door even after clarifying it was the albums. I gave this place a chance but so far it’s just overpriced i teams you can get for cheaper on the 1st floor with more variety. Won’t come back again and just sticking to the 1st level floor...

Located on 2nd floor at The Source mall. Great place to buy Korean accessories (earrings, rings, hair clips, hair bands, hair ties), stationery, bags, hats, socks, cell phone accessories (phone cases, pop sockets, phone grips), K-POP accessories and many more. They also have variety of blind boxes for figures, erasers, and magnets.

Please note that some of the items did look counterfeit so if you are looking for something authentic, I would recommend confirming with the sales associate on the authenticity of the item before buying them.
