I will never go back to this O'Reilly's as long as the man who helped me is there. He was an older man, and he was very grumpy with me. I went in with three different sized belts I needed replaced, that had part #'s on the sides of them. He asked me what year and model and I said it didn't matter because the belts were on a custom build. I could tell he was a little irritated. Then he proceeded to tell me that he was sorry that I had to go all around town to look for parts for my husband. I told him, My husband does a lot for our family. The least I could do is go and get him a few parts for his truck while he continued to work on it. I had the bad parts in hand with part numbers on em. All he had to do is look them up and tell me if he had them or not. Then he told me that next time someone who knew what they were talking about should get their own parts!!!!! Really?! If its not available they have transferred from another store at no cost and you get the part the next day. Very helpful anf knowledgeable staff. The prices are usually lowest you can get local unless you order online and believe me i have checked. The also will run your check engine with there obd scanner and tell you what issues you have . This was without looking at the vehicle. I came back and spent 19.07 for a pair of bulbs and fixed it in the parking lot in less than 3 minutes. This is an issue I’ve experienced with all O’Reilly locations, but this manager attempting to take advantage of a customer is flat out disgusting.
