Teressa was so accommodating to our last minute request for an appointment. We wanted to do matching grandma, mother, and daughter bracelets! My mom & I did anklets and my daughter (age 7) did a bracelet. She has solid gold, gold filled, and silver options. We went to a few places all around San Diego and let me tell you that nobody compares to Teressa Lane. She hand makes all the jewelry and the experience is so personalized and absolutely lovely!! I honestly want to do more because it was so fun. Right after, I called my best friend so I could convince her to do another with me.

Her appointments weren’t available during the times when we were. but we texted her anyway to see if they were able to maybe have someone come in to help us. They were able to find someone to come in for our jewelry. Elena helped us and was so patient with us while we figured out what we wanted. She gave us great advice and we love our selection in the end. We are totally coming back for sure for our next selection!! Thank you, Teressa and Elena!!!

TLDR: great customer service and fantastic product

I came in with my sister to do a bonded jewelry appointment. We chose a chain that was interspersed with crystals. It was gorgeous and dainty and I loved it.

here’s where they went above and beyond; after an hour or two I noticed the way the chain was cut made it so I didn’t have any crystals for nearly a wrist span…fine let me see if it bothers me in a day. Well two days later not only did it bother me but it was driving me nuts. It made the whole bracelet fall so that it felt like I could never see the crystals. I reached out to customer service and they let me come in and re-fit the chain!!! Everyone very much had the attitude that this was something I would wear for years (hopefully forever!) and I should be 100% in love. They re-fit, re-cut, and I’m in love!!!!

So now not only do I have a beautiful bracelet and memory with my sister, but a story about how nice...

I've been wearing Teressa Lane Jewelry for 4 years now and am just as excited today as I was 4 years ago every time Teressa launches new styles and collections. Her hand made jewelry makes me feel like I am wearing one of a kind styles specially made for me (and sometimes they are). All of her styles are timeless and Southern California chic like she is--she will even personalize it for you.
