Love this place they have a variety of merchandise and as a teenage girl it’s the store of my dreams. I’m obsessed with their cherub collection pieces and the Anastasia pants omg as well as the floral pieces. I feel like most of the reviews complaining about the staff, the clothes being cheap fabric or the sizes is all biased towards the store since it’s been a trend to try and cancel this store for their one size fits most sizing. First of all the staff is mostly teenage girls which makes sense since their target clients are teenage girls so I don’t see the big problem there; it makes total sense. In my experience the staff wasn’t rude, maybe a little unaware of what they should be doing, but not exactly rude. Secondly, one of my favorite reasons to shop here is because the clothes is such good quality yet not expensive. Most of the clothes is made of 100% cotton or some type of cotton mix or even wool mix for a very reasonable price which is very difficult to find these days, since most stores use polyester to create their clothes. For example you can buy a nice thick 100% cotton hoodie here for around $30-$40 whereas other places will try to sell you a 50%-100% cotton hoodie for double the price. Lastly, the one size fits most is a very unique sizing for a store to carry and although most pieces tend to fit slim girls I would like to add that my whole family purchased something from this store including my mother and father. In conclusion my experience with this store was nothing like the media made me believe it would be and I’m absolutely obsessed with this place now!!! Let me just start off and say this store is gorgeous! Everything is folded and displayed wonderfully. Clothes are cute and a good price. The downsides of this store are the staff, they give off a “mean girl” vibe. When I came in and the entire time I shopped, not a single worker said one word to me. I don’t like when sales associates are overbearing so this isn’t a huge deal but this would definitely turn some people away. When I was ready to check out, the only interaction from the staff was “are you ready to check out?” , no hello, how are you, did you find everything okay, etc. What is the most bothersome to me is that the sales associate didn’t fold my clothes, she just put them in the bag with no care. Hire some friendly staff and it will go...

They have a cute collection of clothes. But I was really thrown off by how messy the store was. They had boxes of shipment just sitting on the sales floor for customers to rummage through if they wanted. Clothes were just tossed onto boxes/tables and the staff didn’t seem to care to try to reorganize. I only point this out because I work in retail and can recognize that this unprofessional for a clothing store. Also the staff was lowkey rude. They basically ignored me at the checkout counter when I was patiently waiting. They don’t really help customers or tidy up the store so idk what their purpose is. Giving it 3 stars bc potential is there and the clothes are cute but maybe just shop online to avoid the overstimulation...
