Just experienced the most rude customer service experience at this boutique 6/8 at 4:45pm). I purposely came back to this store because so many items were cute and went to purchase a sweatshirt and the store associate (blonde woman probably in her 30s-possibly the manager) treated me with such disrespect. She made me feel terrible for not giving my email and for then for asking for a paper receipt. She made a point to tell me several times they donât like giving paper receipts and made a really big deal out of it. To the point where I left with no receipt due to me not wanting to cause a disruption in the store.
Compared to other boutiques (especially My sisterâs Cottage & Millie Lynne Boutique- DEF go to these!) )âwhere we were warmly greeted, made to feel so wanted, & in no way made to feel disrespected or that we were an inconvenience.) We will not be returning to this boutique & will warn friends to not come here. Such a disappointment. Hope the owners read this & take seriously how their customers...
   Read moreI went in this store for the first time today and the sales associate did not greet me when I entered. I'm not from Charleston so I do not know how the atmosphere is. She would greet other customers that walked in after me and assist them. I walked around and continued to browse. The associate still would not acknowledge me and I was a few feet from her. I probably stayed 10mins and left. I know how important it is to make your customers feel welcomed into a store cause I have worked retail the last couple of years.
