Long story but Pottery Barn has wronged me countless times and billed my AMEX over a month ago for furniture that was promised in early September 2018 and has yet to be delivered. The order is officially lost after countless delays and back orders for various pieces of the Hart dining table & chairs since 9/12, itās original delivery date. This was for an order they lost and have failed to notify me at all or follow up period throughout the process.
Honest to God, Iāve wasted over 11 hours on the phone with customer service. It is rediculous!! My time is precious.
Pottery Barn, youāre despicable. Iāve spent over $6,000 of my hard earned income in a months time at one of your retail stores. Iām fortunate enough to be able to afford the furnishings Iāve always dreamed of having in our home. That may not seem like a sizeable amount of money to some, or a large company like Williams Sonoma Pottery Barn, but it is significant to me.
Pottery Barn, You owe me a refund at this point. I donāt need anymore lies, nor will I spend another minute of my time on hold with your pathetic customer service. The reciprocating notes of delay after delay, then the complete absense of communication or follow up on your behalf. Iām the one that has to call you each and every time you give me a false date and it lapses. That is rediculous. Your customer service is pathetic.
Call me. You have my number. Itās in the notes š
Iāve rated 3 stars āļø ONLY because they have quality goods...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNothing but problems. Was encouraged to buy in store instead of online as we would get much better customer service if bought in store. Between the store and the moving company, the customer service was lacking. Fingers were consistently pointed at one another for who was at fault for delivering wrong piece, who needed to reorder another piece, who then accidentally canceled order, and so on. Piece was not delivered until 4.5 months later. Now, we are dealing with PB and their credit service. We paid for item in full when correct item was finally delivered to home (as directed by credit services), yet between PB and credit service (theyāre pointing fingers at one another with this issue as well) they tacked on late charges and interest charges for months prior when the furniture item was not present in home. Itās 7 months later and according to Pottery Barn, it is our issue, not theirs. It is also our credit score that has dropped. Have left 3 messages for the manager (in one week) and even though we were told she was in the store the days following and we would get a return call, itās a week later and still...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorse customer service ever! The dining table I bought came damaged from the warehouse. Delivery guy told me they would send a report and that I should wait 1-2 days to be contacted to get a replacement.
Nobody contacted me for about 2 weeks. I had to call the customer service line. They told me there was no report but that they would start a process for fixing the problem. I got an email a day after requesting pictures from the damaged item. I did that the same day. I never heard back after my email was sent.
I called back 2 weeks later. They told me that the request had no been processed and that I had to wait another 3-5 business days. Received an email that same evening saying that they had not received the pictures (sent 2 weeks ago) and that I needed to send them again.
Had to call them again infuriated just to find out that they could have scheduled a replacement table since the beginning. From other comments, seems as is not unusual to receive damaged items and to get run around once you ask for a replacement.
This is far the worse customer service I have ever...
