MIX Boutique — Local services in Charleston

I was on vacation for the weekend in Charleston and purchased a full price shirt at this boutique. Later that day I decided it really was not what I was looking for and when I left I asked my friend to return it...leaving the receipt. She went to return it 9 days later and they would not refund one cent. The snippy college student sales person pointed to the receipt which says NO cash returned and store credit within 7 days! Who reads the receipts and who expects such a restrictive policy..noone has a policy like this - standard is 30 days and cash with receipt. If they are going to have such a policy , the least they could do is point it out at the time of sale, which they did not do. I will never shop here again and highly recommend you do not either unless you are 100% sure you want to keep what you purchase....

Very attentive and friendly staff. Lots of beautiful clothes and accessories.The only reason I can’t do five stars is because it wasn’t clear that their refund policy is only store credit. The sign doesn’t say you only get store credit. It does say that there are no refunds at all for jewelry exc.I would have thought more before buying the dress that didn’t work out if I knew I’d only get store credit. Other than that very...
