My daughter was at a wedding reception held in the founders hall. There was no place for her to sit and use her breast pump. She found a closet that was somewhat private and while her sister-in-law sat outside the door so she could pump breastmilk to feed her child. A man who works there burst in told her to get out or he was going to call the police and have her physically removed. When her sister-in-law tried to explain what was going on. He told her to leave or he would have her removed. What kind of a place does this. In this day and age. My daughter had to revert to sitting on a toilet in a stall to pump as there were no other accommodations for Mom’s. As far as I’m concerned, this is a failure on this entire building and it would be a cold day before they would ever get my business! And what a pitiful excuse for a professional this man was. Sure wish I had his name because I would definitely list it. Do better Bank of America...

NFCU, Chase, etc., all good...

When after zillions of times of asking for "help", "agent", "dispute", "emergency", you finally get connected to a live person...well not exactly: you will be on hold for another 52 minutes (!). I tried many times to set up the account for auto pay; yes, my account got confirmed and everything showed up okay on-line. But then when it came to the payment due date, the auto pay, of course, didn't work and they sent me an e-bill for a late payment. My advice, dump BofA and get a credit card form a reputable company...
