I decided to rewrite my review for Fink's Jewelers because sometimes businesses deserve a second chance to make a first impression and that's the case with Fink's. At first, I went to Fink's to purchase a Rolex and I was put on the registry. I was on the registry for quite some time, there was some miscommunication but after I received a wonderful response from Brooke who is the VP of Sales, I felt I would revisit Fink's. Brooke wanted to make sure that I got to experience what Fink's is truly about.
When I went back to Fink's, I was met by Brooke and Sarah, who is an expert Sales Associate. I found both of them to be empathetic, professional and engaging which made me feel more comfortable with moving forward. They brought out Rolex models that they felt would be best suited to my taste and when I finally made my decision, Brooke didn't over promise and set the expectation that it may take a while for the model to come in.
When I did receive a call from Brooke, she had great news for me, the Rolex that I wanted was in and I could come and pick it up. To be fully transparent, when your watch comes in, you have roughly 2 days to purchase because they are in such high demand. I went to Fink's to pick up the watch and I was greeted by Sarah and a special gift from Brooke. It was a very personal gift to say we appreciate you and the reason why I wanted to purchase a Rolex.
Sarah explained everything about the watch, how the features work and how to resize the watch band quickly. She took her time and didn't rush the process. She was also wonderful with my daughter and treated my daughter as a customer as well. I have to say that I was truly treated as a VIP and that means a lot considering buying a brand new Rolex these days is very time consuming and many customers get the run around.
Overall, I highly recommend the team at Fink's Jewelers, especially Sarah and Brooke who both made my dream of owning a Rolex a reality. The whole process took two years from researching the right watch, being on the registry but in the end it was worth it. I will definitely be going back to Fink's for my jewelry needs in the future, they have definitely earned me...
Read moreMy son and I drove up from Columbia, SC to find a graduation (Watch) gift for my son. Since Columbia really doesn't have the selection. Got there about 13:00 (1 pm). Place wasn't too business since it was on a Monday afternoon. We looked at other Watch store, i.e Omega, Tudor, Breitling, Tag. But wanted to save the "best for last". Not the case... Walked in looked at the first display (Cartier). Moved on to the other brands... Still no one to greet us. Then Hublot (yeah NO). Then on to the Used Rolex... Still no one. There are workers (not with customers) just none willing to service us. Then we go into Rolex. My son and I are the only Customers there, a Rolex rep is behind the counter doesn't acknowledge us just stands there. We have to find things out ourselves. My son's asking about OP's no help whatsoever. Now keep in mind, I do know most if not all Rolex watches there are for Expedition only (you can't buy them). And also know that my AD (Sylvans) in Columbia SC would be my best point of contact for buying a Rolex. Which I have bought a few, Submariner, DateJust, and an Air King. I know we weren't buying a Rolex or putting out names on the list for one there. But the customer service was nonexistent. I was even thinking about buying my wife a Roberto Coin necklace. But couldn't muster myself to wait around for someone to come help us. I know, I could have went up to someone to ask for help but being a store for over 10 minutes, you'd think someone might say hello to help guide us. Fink's just fell short and sad to see that since it is held at high regards. Well needless to say we didn't buy anything at Fink's. But we did BUY my wife a Tiffany necklace and a Tiffany coffee cup (yes they sell coffee cup). And my son Decided to go with Omega! The Englishman, George at the Omega store was awesome! Bought my son an Aqua Terra and for me the Happiest and joy of my sons face was worth every penny and the trip up...
Read moreI recently visited the store to have my watch repaired and to shop for a new one, and I cannot emphasize enough how much Roger, the Sales Manager, made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, Roger’s professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately stood out. He greeted me warmly, listened attentively to my concerns about the watch repair, and offered clear, straightforward options that made me feel confident in the store’s expertise.
Not only was Roger incredibly knowledgeable about the various watch brands and repair processes, but he also took the time to understand what I was looking for in a new watch. Rather than rushing through the sales process, he walked me through different models, explaining the features in detail, and made personalized recommendations based on my preferences. His patience and genuine interest in helping me find exactly what I wanted was refreshing, especially compared to experiences I’ve had at other stores.
What truly impressed me was Roger’s attention to detail and his commitment to making sure that everything was perfect—from ensuring that my watch was repaired to my satisfaction to guiding me through the purchase of a new watch that I absolutely love. He coordinated the repair seamlessly, kept me updated throughout, and even ensured that I was fully satisfied before I left the store.
If you’re ever in the store, I highly recommend asking for Roger. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of, and his expertise makes the shopping experience not only easy...
